Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026. This policy describes what happens to a file you drop into this site.
Your PDF is not uploaded
When you select a PDF, the browser reads it with the File API and processes it in memory on your own device. The page has no upload endpoint: there is no server-side component that receives, parses, converts or stores shipping labels.
- Your file is not sent to this website's server.
- Your file is not stored anywhere, temporarily or permanently.
- No account is created and no sign-up is required.
- Nothing about the contents of your labels (names, addresses, tracking numbers) is recorded.
- The generated PDF is created in your browser and downloaded straight to your device.
Reloading or closing the page discards everything. Only the finished PDF you downloaded remains, on your own device.
Hosting logs
Like any website, the hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) records standard technical request data when your browser loads the page: IP address, requested URL, user agent and timestamp. Those logs relate to fetching HTML, CSS and JavaScript — they cannot contain your PDF, because the PDF is never transmitted.
Cookies and analytics
No tracking cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts are loaded on this site. If advertising or affiliate links are added in future, this section will be updated before those scripts go live, and a consent mechanism will be added where the law requires one.
Third-party requests
The PDF engine is served from this domain rather than a public CDN, so opening the tool makes no requests to third parties. If you are on a corporate network that blocks Web Workers, the tool may not run; in that case no data leaves your machine either — it simply fails.
Children
This is a business utility intended for adults running an online shop. It is not directed at children and collects no personal data from anyone.
Your rights
Because no personal data is collected by the tool itself, there is nothing to export or delete on our side. For hosting log data, contact us using the address on the contact page.
Changes
If the processing model ever changes — for example if a server-side batch feature is added — this page will be updated first and the change will be dated above.
