The address is shown as plain text and as a normal mail link, so it works with or without a mail client configured in the browser.
Reporting a PDF that splits incorrectly
Three details make a layout problem reproducible, whether it is reported later or worked around on your own:
- The platform or carrier that generated the PDF (for example eBay, Pirate Ship, Shopify, Etsy, a specific carrier portal).
- The page size shown in the PDF viewer (Letter, A4, or something custom).
- A screenshot of the page with any customer names, addresses and tracking numbers covered.
A screenshot with the personal data blacked out is enough to diagnose a layout problem. There is no need to send the label PDF itself — it carries an address that the screenshot does not.
What I cannot help with
- Carrier or marketplace account issues, refunds and shipping disputes.
- Printer hardware faults, driver installation, or paper jams.
- Password removal from a protected PDF.
Response time
This is a side project, not a business with a support desk, so no response time is promised. If you need an answer today, the checklist above is usually faster than waiting for an email reply.
